Editor's Note

Growing up, food was always at the heart of my life — my father was a butcher, and my mother a restaurateur. For years, I didn't realize how much the culinary world had shaped my sense of connection to my roots. It wasn't until I began travelling that I fully understood the power food has to tell the story of a place.

In this issue, we celebrate food as an expression of local identity, shaped by generations of tradition and the land itself. Sharing a meal can evoke deep connections, binding travellers to a destination and sparking conversations about culture and environment. We invite you to savour these stories and start planning your next culinary adventure.

Bon appétit!
